Clinical Dietetics and Nutritional Services offers evidence-based, clinical intervention for complex eating and nutritional challenges, delivered by a Registered Consultant Dietitian who specialises in neurodivergence.

This is a comprehensive, structured approach that goes beyond coaching. It includes full nutritional assessment and working diagnosis/formulation, blood test interpretation (where available & provided by the client in advance of appointment), personalised nutritional care planning, and the development of medical documentation when needed.  The service blends clinical science with neuro-informed, pressure-free approaches to ensure nutritional needs are met without compromising sensory safety or anxiety management.

This service is essential for managing diagnoses like ARFID, Eating Disorders, or severe nutritional deficiencies.

 

Who is it for?

 

Focus: Clients with an eating disorder diagnosis, parents of children and young people with ARFID, complex Cases, and those requiring thorough assessment, care planning and clinical documentation

 

This clinical service is specifically designed for:

• Parents of children with ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) who require clinical oversight for weight, growth, or nutrient deficiencies, especially when multiple neurodivergent diagnoses (e.g., Autism, PDA) are present.
  
  

• Individuals or families dealing with complex eating disorders or severe challenges where a full Dietitian-led working diagnosis and care plan is necessary.
  
  

• Clients needing formal medical documentation (e.g., letters to doctors, schools, or insurers) backed by a registered clinical professional.
  
  

• Individuals whose existing support teams (GPs, therapists) require clinical nutritional collaboration or specialist reporting on neurodivergent eating challenges.

 

How much does it cost?

 

Initial Assessment £175 (90 mins)
Follow Up £125 (45 mins)
Package 6 sessions; £720 (10% discount for 1 x assessment & 5 x follow up)
Specialist Liaison, Reporting, Clinical Reports & Attendance at meetings charged at £75 per hour
