JLM INTUITIVE COACHING

I am so glad you are here...

One of the best things about being a Consultant Dietitian & Specialist Neurodivergence Coach is getting to know my clients on a deeper level, really getting to know what makes them who they are, where there is a mutual exchange of lived experience for the benefit of everyone.

So let me share a little about myself.

A little about me...

Hi, I'm Jade. I am a Consultant Dietitian & Specialist Neurodivergence Coach.

I am autistic, I am a solo parent to my son who is also autistic (with a PDA profile), dyslexic and has ARFID and high anxiety. Everything I thought about parenting was very quickly turned on its head when my son came into the world when I was 31, this was seven years before I discovered I was autistic and what an amazing rollercoaster of a journey it has been!

MY STORY

I knew from a young age that the way I thought and processed the world was different.

I had a unique ability to read people's energy, and I very quickly learned who topped up my battery and who drained it.

But I felt powerless to understand why.

This lack of understanding led me to think it was a 'me' problem, not a 'them' problem and so my journey of trying to 'fix' myself began.

What does 'normal' even mean?

I hate the word 'normal' but it was this feeling of 'not being normal' that led me to my first special interest and hyper focus; Psychology.

My passion for mental health, particularly eating disorders, began during my A-levels when I started studying psychology.

Psychology was a way for me to understand the world and the people around me.

This passion expanded a few years later at university, where I developed a strong focus on nutrition and well-being.

MY VALUES

Honesty, Integrity, Authenticity, Advocacy, Living Unapologetically and Peacefully!

Almost 25 years later and here I am, combining two of my most prominent, longest lasting and all-consuming special interests into my career and my passion.

This is exactly where I am meant to be, and I am so excited that you get to join me on this beautiful (and sometimes messy) journey of embracing our authentic selves.
