One of the best things about being a Consultant Dietitian & Specialist Neurodivergence Coach is the opportunity to connect with my clients on a deeper level, to truly understanding what makes you who you are. This personal connection is core to how I design my practice, ensuring every service aligns with my professional and personal values.
I recognise that accessing private specialist support is not always financially accessible. Therefore, I have structured my services into a tiered support system to ensure my expertise can reach more people who need it.
Honesty and transparency are key values for my practice, so I will always be clear on my pricing and offer varying levels of support for varying budgets. My goal is to ensure you have access to the right level of support, regardless of your budget, so you can achieve the clarity and results you deserve.

A Little Bit About the Way I Work
Hi, I'm Jade. I am a Consultant Dietitian & Specialist Neurodivergence Coach.
I am autistic and a solo parent to my son who is also autistic (with a PDA profile), dyslexic, and has ARFID and high anxiety.
This unique combination of clinical expertise and deeply personal lived experience means that the work I do with my clients focuses on creating personalised, pressure-free strategies that truly work for neurodivergent individuals and families.
